Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach and the Volusia County area are great places to live, work, and play; that is why I have chosen to call it home for the last 23 years. I became intrigued with real estate and after completing my training, I became an active Realtor. I get pleasure in assisting individuals and families in a sometimes overwhelming real estate process. I diligently follow through with each transaction, from the initial contact, to the closing table. You can be assured I will go out of my way to satisfy all your real estate needs. I previously owned and managed a successful business which took me throughout the United States. This required me to be a reliable, self-starter. I've never been afraid of hard work and am considerate and respectful. Once you get to know me, I’m sure you will say I feel like “family.” I have been married 30 years and my wife Toni is my real estate partner. We are completely devoted to our fur babies, a Keeshond, Mini Austrailian Shepard, Yorkshire Terrier, and a cat. Some of my hobbies are woodworking, drag cars, motorcycles, and billiards, and I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends.
